A New Firm for A New Year

Sam Chambliss and Will Fawcett are pleased to officially announce that we are partnering together to form Chambliss + Fawcett, LLP. The firm and this blog will focus on Commercial Real Estate Transactions, including leasing acquisitions, sales, development, and lending, as well as Wills, Trusts, and Estates and Small Business Representation.

Sam concentrates in the areas of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Leasing and Commercial Lending, along with Small Business Representation. He has been recognized by Georgia Trend Magazine as being one of the most effective real estate attorneys in Georgia. Sam and his wife Elizabeth have five children and four grandchildren. He is an active member of The Church of the Apostles in Atlanta where he serves as a Lay Eucharist Minister and an usher. Sam helped create a character-building curriculum at Whitefield Academy in Atlanta and leads a large men’s group there called Men’s Fraternity.

Will practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and Estates and Small Business representation. Will's focus is ensuring families maintain family harmony at a very emotional time. Will and his wife Carter have two children, and are active members of King Spring Baptist Church.
